You need to authorize this application to access your data on Google Forms. Authorization is done through the OAuth2 protocol.

In order to be able to import individual responses into CiviCRM, we need the following permissions:

• read-only access to your Google email address and name, so we can identify your account

• read-only access to your Google Drive files list, so we can search available Forms to import

• read-only access to your Google Forms, so we can list available fields for import

• read-only access to your Google Forms responses, so we can import them into your CiviCRM application

After configuration of an import process, only Form ID and field IDs & titles are stored. Data from individual responses are mapped to CiviCRM entities and stored so.

Your data is not shared by any means, it will never leave your CiviCRM instance.

Reflexive Forms Importer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
